Biography
Tirzah Gabourel is a technology and data governance executive with more than 25 years of experience leading global ERP, enterprise systems, and digital transformation initiatives. As Director of IT & Enterprise Systems at ZimVie, she oversees enterprise architecture, product data governance, and business systems strategy, including Oracle Cloud implementations across 13 countries and multiple manufacturing sites. Her leadership has driven significant improvements in data accuracy, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and enterprise governance through AI, machine learning, and advanced data management strategies.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Tirzah advises intergovernmental innovation initiatives focused on emerging technologies, serves on the Broward College Supply Chain Advisory Board, guest lectured at Galen University in Belize, serves on the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Palm Beach, and is a member of the City of Riviera Beach Public Arts Commission. She holds SCPro™, CPIM®, and Six Sigma certifications, earned a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Florida International University, and completed executive studies in Artificial Intelligence through Stanford University.
