Risi Avila is a Belizean technologist, entrepreneur, and AI innovation strategist with more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, automation, observability, and digital transformation. He is the founder of 501pulse.com, a real-time Belize events, deals, tourism, and community discovery platform built to connect locals, visitors, businesses, and the Belizean diaspora. A proud University of Belize alumnus, Risi is passionate about using AI, data, and digital infrastructure to create opportunity, strengthen Belize’s tourism and small-business ecosystem, and empower Belizeans at home and abroad.
