Biography
ARIA LIGHTFOOT is a Belizean American business professional, entrepreneur, and diaspora advocate with over 20 years of experience in real estate, mortgage lending, and financial services. She is an alumnus of the University of Belize’s paralegal program. She holds both a Master of Business Administration specializing in Real Estate from Florida State University and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of South Florida. She serves in senior leadership within the private lending company. She also actively promotes initiatives for Belize’s economic and civic development.
She is the Co-Founder and Organizer of the Belize Diaspora Summit, a global platform connecting Belizeans abroad with government, business, and community leaders to promote investment, innovation, and national development. Aria is also a co-founder of the Civic Fellowship Program, focused on civic education, constitutional awareness, and public engagement in Belize. Through her leadership, entrepreneurship, and advocacy, she continues to champion a globally connected and empowered Belizean diaspora.
